Terms of Service

This page is maintained by Redson Developers and sets out the terms for using redson.dev and engaging with our services. It is app-owned content, not independent legal advice. If you have questions about any term, contact us before proceeding.

Acceptance

By accessing redson.dev, submitting the contact form, or using any service offered by Redson Developers, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

Services

Redson Developers provides software development, AI integration, mobile and web product development, and developer training services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed in writing before work begins.

Use of the site

You agree to use redson.dev only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, access data you are not authorized to access, or use the site to distribute harmful or illegal content.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, code, and design of redson.dev are owned by Redson Developers unless otherwise stated. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish site content without permission.

Client projects are governed by separate agreements. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, work created specifically for a client is transferred or licensed to the client under the terms of that agreement.

Limitation of liability

Redson Developers provides the site and its content on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Redson Developers operates. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the bottom of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
