Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Contact form information. When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, and message. The form opens your email client via a mailto: link; Redson Developers does not store that information on our servers, but we receive it in the email you send.
• Visit data (no cookies, no consent banner needed). When a page loads, the site records two things only: the page path you opened and the two-letter country code supplied by our network provider (Cloudflare's CF-IPCountry header). We do not store your IP address, we do not set cookies, we do not use third-party analytics or advertising scripts, and we do not build a profile of you or attempt to identify you. The country code is used in aggregate for one purpose: to decide which country our weekly editorial examples are written around. Because this data is not personal and is not used for tracking, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding readership in aggregate rather than asking for consent — but if you would rather it not be recorded at all, email us and we will exclude your visits, or use your browser's tracking-protection or script-blocking setting.
• Booking a call (Calendly). If you choose to book a meeting on our contact page, the scheduler is provided by Calendly and only loads when you open that option. Calendly sets its own cookies and collects the name, email and any answers you enter, plus the meeting time, in order to create the booking and send the Google Meet invitation. That happens under Calendly's own privacy notice and cookie controls, which appear inside the scheduler. If you would rather not use it, email us instead and we will arrange a time by email.
• Authentication data. If you create an account or sign in, your email address is stored by our authentication provider so you can access protected features.

How we use information

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, keep the site secure, understand which content is useful, and provide authenticated features. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Where data is stored

Data is processed and stored through Lovable Cloud (Supabase), which provides the backend database and authentication services for this project. Cloudflare sits in front of the site and may provide the country header described above. Both act as subprocessors for the limited purposes described here.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@redson.dev. Because contact form messages are sent directly to our inbox, we cannot delete an email we have already received, but we can stop corresponding with you on request.

Retention

Visit records are kept for a limited period to support audience analytics and are then removed. Authentication data is kept for as long as your account exists. Contact emails are retained according to our normal business records.

Changes

We may update this page as the site changes. The effective date at the bottom of the page reflects the latest revision.
